Empowering Ukrainian Marketers: A transformative event with Ericsson on storytelling and AI in marketing

Ukrainian Professional Support Center and Ericsson held an enlightening event dedicated to enhancing the skills of Ukrainian marketers and strengthening networking between Swedish and Ukrainian marketers. The event, which took place at Ericsson’s office, focused on two crucial topics for any marketing campaign: the art of storytelling in brand development and the innovative applications of AI in marketing. It was a new format for us and the first time we have held the event in a workshop format.
Storytelling: Crafting compelling brand narratives
The first part of the event focused on the power of storytelling in branding. All participants were divided into several groups to work on specific tasks. Together with Ukrainian marketers, each group created a story that could best highlight the brand and the chosen topic. The participants learned the essential elements of storytelling and techniques to create emotional connections with their audience.
AI in Marketing: Revolutionising strategies and campaigns
The second part of the event explored the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in marketing communications. Working in groups, participants brainstormed about the tools and tasks that can be covered by AI tools in today’s marketing routine. Participants were presented with actionable insights on how to implement AI-driven solutions to enhance their marketing efforts and automate routine tasks.
