This networking event aims to connect Ukrainian job seekers with the AstraZeneca team, focusing on enhancing networking skills, boosting self-esteem, and brainstorming career paths within international companies.

The event will feature small group discussions, facilitated by Beredskapslyftet, to encourage open dialogue and personal interaction. These sessions will explore diverse career opportunities, equipping participants with strategies for professional growth and success in a global company’s context. Through engaging activities and meaningful networking opportunities, the event seeks to empower job seekers and foster valuable connections for future career development.

Format:
· The networking session will be divided into several 15-minute mini sessions.
· During each mini session, the mentees will sit at a table with mentors and discuss their career goals, challenges, and opportunities.
· After each 15-minute session, the mentees will move to the next table in sequence (e.g., from table 1 to table 2, table 2 to table 3, etc.).
· Mentors will remain at their original table.
· Each mentee will meet with 4 mentors over the course of the event, allowing for a variety of perspectives and advice.
