We Held Networking Event with Ericsson for Ukrainians in Stockholm

On 3 December, Professional Support Center – Beredskapslyftet successfully hosted a Networking Event in collaboration with Ericsson at their headquarters in Stockholm. This inspiring event brought together 41 talented Ukrainian professionals currently residing in Sweden under temporary protection and found themselves in Sweden due to the war in Ukraine, primarily from IT and related fields, with representatives from one of the world’s leading innovators in telecommunications.
Highlights of the Event
The event was designed to empower attendees by:
- Enhancing networking skills to build meaningful professional relationships.
- Boosting confidence in navigating the job market.
- Exploring career opportunities within global companies like Ericsson.
- Facilitating mentoring sessions in small groups, encouraging personal connections and tailored advice.
A Unique Mentoring Experience
A standout feature of the event was the small group mentoring format, where 4-6 Ukrainian attendees were paired with 1-2 Ericsson mentors. These discussions fostered a collaborative environment, providing personalised insights and guidance for participants.
